The AG Equipment GNX3100BT is a three door commercial worktop and under bench freezer built for the demands of busy kitchens, cafes, bars and food service operations. The redesigned X-series positions dual fans at the front and side of the unit, freeing the rear ventilation space entirely so the freezer can be installed flush against a back wall. Only 150mm of clearance at the side and front is required. Each of the three self-closing doors provides two adjustable wire shelves capable of holding a 1/1 GN tray or rack per shelf, with centre shelf connectors preventing items from falling through between sections.
