30-Day Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes a product isn’t quite what you expected. If you’ve changed your mind or made an ordering mistake, we’re here to help make the process simple and stress-free.
Unopened Items (Original Packaging Intact)
If your item is unused, unopened, and still in its complete original packaging, you may request a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of delivery. The packaging must be undamaged, and the item must not have been used or installed.
Unboxed but Unused Items
If the product has been opened but remains unused, you may be eligible for a store credit minus a 20% restocking fee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned clean and in resellable condition. We may request photos to verify its condition.
Used or Installed Items
Items that have been used, installed, or connected cannot be returned for change of mind.

Damaged Items on Delivery
We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged
If damage is visible on delivery, inform the driver immediately and do not use or install the product. If damage is discovered afterward, contact us as soon as possible and keep the item unused and uninstalled.
What Happens Next?
We’ll request clear photos of the product, the damage, and the packaging. This helps us assess the issue and provide the best solution—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or a damage allowance.
If a return is required, we’ll arrange collection from your address at no cost to you.
Faulty Products
If your product develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible. You are protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which entitles you to a repair, replacement, refund, or compensation depending on the type of failure.
Our team will work with you to determine the best resolution in line with ACL requirements.
Warranties & Care Plans
Many products come with a manufacturer's warranty, and some offer optional extended care plans. These provide additional benefits but do not replace your ACL rights. For full warranty details, please refer to the product documentation or contact our team.
Mattress Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, mattresses cannot be returned for change of mind—even if they are unopened.
Proof of Purchase
To process a return, refund, or warranty claim, we will need proof of purchase. If you don’t have your order number or invoice, we can usually find your order using basic details you provide.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to products that are safe, durable, and fit for purpose, and we are committed to upholding those standards.
