The AG Equipment PAX3100TN is a three-door commercial worktop and underbench refrigerator with an 800mm depth, delivering 580L of usable cold storage across a heavy-duty stainless steel cabinet built for the demands of restaurants, cafes, pubs and busy food service operations. Each door provides two adjustable wire shelves capable of accommodating 600mm x 400mm patisserie trays or gastronorm pans, while a unique centre-shelf connector allows the full internal width to be utilised as a single continuous shelf when needed.

Cooling is handled by a Cubigel compressor paired with a fan-forced ventilated system rated for ambient temperatures up to 43°C, and temperature is managed via a Carel iJF digital controller with NFC and Bluetooth connectivity, including remote monitoring through the CONTROLLA mobile app on Android and iOS. The redesigned dual-fan layout positions fans at the front and side of the unit, freeing the rear wall space so the fridge can be placed flush against a back wall, requiring only 150mm of clearance at the compressor side and unobstructed airflow at the front.
