Buying advice

• With a listed size of 580(W) x 225(H) x 508(D)mm, check the STA0002 against the bench, shelf or floor space and the access route in.
• It draws 15 A, so it needs a 15 A outlet or hard-wired circuit; an ordinary 10 A power point will not do.
• Count the burners or zones you need at peak and check the STA0002's layout against your menu.
• Check how it fits your cooking line and that the extraction canopy covers its full width.
• Anvil covers the STA0002 for 12 Months Back To Base Warranty; record the purchase date and keep the invoice with your equipment register.
