Buying advice

• Footprint check: 2400(W) x 1100(H) x 840(D)mm. Confirm that fits where the UBP2400 will live, with clearance for cleaning behind and around it.
• At 630, plan shelving around what you store most - trays, GN pans, bottles or bulk produce.
• Site it away from fryers, ovens and direct sun; refrigeration near heat runs longer and uses more power.
• Brush the condenser coil every month or two and check door gaskets seal fully - both protect the compressor.
• Warranty: Anvil lists Gold Star - 2 Years Parts on the UBP2400; file the invoice with the model and serial number so a claim is straightforward.
