Apuro DF626-A Infrared Food Warmer

The Apuro DF626-A Infrared Food Warmer is a portable, lightweight unit designed to keep food at safe serving temperatures across a wide range of commercial settings, from buffet lines and carvery stations to event catering and food plating areas. Infrared lamps channel heat directly downward onto food, maintaining warmth for extended periods without drying it out, helping reduce food waste and keep dishes appetising throughout service.

Constructed from aluminium, the warmer features an adjustable lamp height between 600 and 800mm, allowing operators to fine-tune heat intensity to suit different foods and service requirements. The stand is sized to accommodate a full GN 1/1 gastronorm pan, making it straightforward to swap out pans and keep food topped up during busy service periods. Please note: infrared bulbs and GN pans are sold separately.
