Buying advice

• Measure the space first: the CK698-A is listed at 480(W) x 415(H) x 560(D)mm; allow room for ventilation, door or lid swing and cleaning access.
• It draws 15 A, so it needs a 15 A outlet or hard-wired circuit; an ordinary 10 A power point will not do.
• At 20L, work out cooked yield per batch against covers at peak.
• Clean the inner pot after each batch so starch does not burn onto the base.
• With 12 months of Apuro warranty listed, keep the CK698-A invoice handy and follow the care instructions so cover is not affected.
