Buying advice

• Measure the space first: the CP793-A is listed at 290(W) x 415(H) x 440(D)mm; allow room for ventilation, door or lid swing and cleaning access.
• It draws 15 A, so it needs a 15 A outlet or hard-wired circuit; an ordinary 10 A power point will not do.
• Check tank size and baskets against your peak hourly volume of chips and fried items.
• Fryers must sit under extraction; check the full width of the CP793-A line is covered by the canopy.
• With 12 months of Apuro warranty listed, keep the CP793-A invoice handy and follow the care instructions so cover is not affected.
