The Atosa Single Door Refrigerated Pizza Table with Drawers is a compact pizza prep station that is equipped with cold storage and a sizeable work surface. It boasts a stainless steel interior and exterior, as well as a sturdy granite countertop ideal for working dough. Designed to keep products cool in even the hottest kitchens, the cooling unit is fitted with insulation foam, as well as with European-made parts including an Aspera compressor and an EDM fan motor, as well as a Carel or Dixell digital controller. Arrives complete on castor wheels for easy mobility.
