Constructed entirely from stainless steel with a food-grade stainless steel bowl, it handles a wide range of tasks including chopping herbs, mincing meat, making breadcrumbs, preparing sausages, pâtés, fillings, nut pastes, and vegetable mixes with consistent, repeatable results.

Powered by a ventilated motor running at two speeds of 1,500 and 2,200 RPM plus a pulse function, the BC-12V2 gives operators precise control over texture and consistency. A transparent polycarbonate lid fitted with an integrated scraper maintains lid clarity during operation, while a safety microswitch interlock ensures the machine cannot run with the lid open. The unit is designed and manufactured to international safety and hygiene standards.
