Buying advice

• Sold by the carton of 600: check storage space for at least one spare carton of B-ST-MEDIUM-PF so you are not caught short mid-week.
• Because it is listed for hot, cold, wet & dry products, the B-ST-MEDIUM-PF can double for hot meals and cold or dry items.
• The B-ST-MEDIUM-PF carries home-compost certification (AS5810 Australian standards), but council organics rules vary - confirm locally before advertising it.
• No added PFAS is listed (No Added PFAS (Water Repellent Only)) - handy if you are moving away from fluorinated grease-proofing.
• Plant fibre absorbs moisture, so keep opened B-ST-MEDIUM-PF sleeves covered and away from steam and sinks.
