Bonvue BM11TC Angled Countertop Wet and Dry Bain Marie
The Bonvue BM11TC is an angled countertop bain marie built for professional food service operations including restaurants, cafes, buffets, canteens and catering setups. Constructed from 304 grade stainless steel with a tubular frame, it accommodates 3x 1/1 GN pans or a double row of 1/2 GN pans up to 100mm deep, and switches seamlessly between wet and dry operating modes to suit a wide variety of hot food holding needs.
A warm white overhead lighting system with a stainless steel cover and dedicated switch enhances the visual appeal of displayed food, while angled 8mm tempered glass and a rear 5mm tempered glass sliding door keep food hygienic and visible to customers. The Italian heating element, analogue temperature control with a reach indication light, and a safety lock ball valve drain at the rear make the BM11TC reliable and straightforward to operate and clean throughout a busy service period.
