The Bonvue BM17TC is a professional angled countertop bain marie designed for front-of-house food service in cafes, canteens, restaurants, buffets, and catering operations. Constructed from 304-grade stainless steel with a tubular frame, it accommodates 5x 1/1 GN pans or a double row of 1/2 GN pans up to 100mm deep, and switches seamlessly between wet and dry operating modes to suit a wide variety of menu items from soups and sauces to roasts and vegetables.
An 8mm tempered glass angled cover provides a hygienic customer-facing barrier while maximising food visibility, and the warm white overhead lighting with a stainless steel cover and separate switch elevates food presentation on the servery counter. The analogue temperature control with a reach-indication light gives operators straightforward, reliable management of holding temperatures across the full range of +35°C to +85°C, while the rear tempered 5mm sliding glass door allows easy staff access for pan changes and service.
