The Waldorf BPB8120EE is a heavy-duty 1200mm electric tilting bratt pan from the Waldorf Bold range, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens. The 120-litre full stainless steel pan is paired with a 12mm thick even-heat base and three 5.66kW stainless steel heating elements operating on 415V three-phase power, delivering consistent, controlled cooking across a wide thermostatic range of 50 to 320°C.

Built around a heavy-duty galvanised steel chassis with 304 stainless steel panels throughout, this bratt pan is engineered for durability, hygiene, and ease of use. The electrically powered tilting mechanism, a robust lid hinge that holds at any position, and a large-capacity pouring spout make it well suited to fast-paced service environments, while the fully modular Waldorf Bold design supports straightforward installation, cleaning, and servicing. Available in black as standard with other colour options on request, and manufactured in New Zealand.
