The B+S Black Single Hole Hi Pac Wok (CCF-HP1) is a commercial gas waterless wok cooker engineered for high-output Asian cooking in restaurants, cafes, hotels and catering kitchens. Constructed throughout in AISI 304 grade stainless steel on a heavy-duty solid stainless steel frame, it delivers up to 135 MJ/h on natural gas via a powerful air-forced burner, making it one of the most capable single-hole wok cookers available in Australia. At 800mm wide, the unit is freestanding on an integrated stand and is ideally suited to both large dining venues and compact kitchens where space is at a premium.
A key advantage of the Hi Pac design is that no water deck cooling is required, significantly reducing water consumption and ongoing operating costs. The ceramic-lined heat retention chamber, combined with a flue system that channels hot air to a rear boiling pot, accelerates cooking speed and maximises energy efficiency.
