B&S YCJSF-1 Waterless Pot Steamer – Single Hole, Black

The YCJSF-1 from B&S is a heavy-duty commercial gas steamer purpose-built for the rigorous demands of yum cha, restaurant, café, hotel and catering kitchens. Built on an inner stainless steel frame with an AISI 304 grade stainless steel exterior and vitreous enamel surfaces, it is engineered for long service life, ease of cleaning and compliance with commercial kitchen standards. The freestanding unit sits on an integrated stand and measures 750mm wide.

At the heart of this steamer is a 32-jet burner housed within a ceramic-lined heating chamber that retains maximum heat to efficiently bring the heavy-duty 64-litre stainless steel water pot to temperature. A swivel laundry arm feeds water continuously into the pot, while a built-in water overflow and water retaining lip support water conservation and prevent mess. A pressed 1.5mm thick stainless steel top eliminates the risk of water leaking to the underside of the unit, and piezo ignition with flame failure protection rounds out the operator-focused design.
