The Waldorf CH8900G-CB is a heavy-duty 900mm gas chargrill mounted on a cabinet base, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Constructed from 304 stainless steel and manufactured in New Zealand, it delivers a total output of 100MJ/h across three individual 33MJ/h stainless steel U-burners, giving chefs consistent, intense heat from edge to edge of the cooking surface.

Engineered for both performance and ease of maintenance, the CH8900G-CB features reversible cast iron grates set at an incline, with a flare-reducing grate fin design that channels grease through grooves into a front collection channel. Every component that contacts heat and grease, including the radiants, burners, and grease tray baffles, lifts out for straightforward cleaning, making this chargrill as practical to maintain as it is powerful to cook on.
