The Waldorf Bold CHB8120G-CD is a heavy-duty 1200mm gas chargrill mounted on a cabinet base, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Powered by four stainless steel burners delivering a combined output of 133MJ/h (36.9kW), it provides intense, even heat across the full grilling surface to produce consistent char marks on meats, seafood and vegetables during peak service periods.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel and manufactured in New Zealand, this chargrill is designed with operator convenience in mind. Features such as lift-out radiants, burners and grease tray baffles, along with a front grease collection channel and flare-reducing grate fin design, make daily cleaning straightforward. Available in the default black finish or with custom colour options, the CHB8120G-CD suits both natural gas and LPG connections via a 3/4" BSP male fitting.
