The Waldorf Bold CHB8300G-B is a compact 300mm bench-model gas chargrill engineered for demanding commercial kitchen environments. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it delivers 33 MJ/hr through a single U-burner with variable high-low temperature control, producing authentic char marks on meats, seafood and vegetables with consistent, high heat across the grill surface.

Designed and manufactured in New Zealand, this chargrill features a thoughtfully inclined cooking surface to reduce flare-ups and channel grease away efficiently. Its reversible heavy-duty cast iron grates, lift-out radiants and baffles, and robust reinforced control knobs make it straightforward to clean, service and maintain during busy service periods. Available in black as standard with additional colour options to suit kitchen fit-outs.
