The Waldorf CHB8600G-LS is a 600mm wide commercial gas chargrill from the Waldorf Bold range, mounted on a leg stand to form a stable, self-contained cooking station at bench height. Two 304 stainless steel U-burners each rated at 33 MJ/hr combine for a total output of 66 MJ/hr (18.3 kW), with compatibility for both natural gas and LPG via a 3/4 BSP male fitting. Manufactured in New Zealand and backed by a 24-month warranty, the unit is built to sustain the demands of high-volume commercial kitchen environments.

Practical serviceability is central to the design. The heavy-duty cast iron top grates are reversible and fully removable, and the radiants and baffles can also be taken out independently, allowing thorough cleaning between services without the need for tools. The grill surface is set at an inclined angle to channel grease away efficiently and reduce flare-ups, while a flame failure device paired with a always-on pilot burner provides an important safety layer throughout service. The default finish is black, with additional custom colour options available to suit broader kitchen fit-out requirements, and an integrated splashback and undershelf are included as standard.
