The Waldorf Bold CHLB8120G-LS is a 1200mm wide commercial gas chargrill mounted on a leg stand, designed for high-volume kitchens that demand consistent, authentic char-grill results. Four 304 stainless steel U-burners deliver a combined output of 133 MJ/h (36.9 kW), producing even, intense heat across heavy-duty reversible cast iron grates for perfectly marked meats, seafood and vegetables service after service.

Engineered and manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, the Bold series chargrill incorporates a purposefully inclined grate position with flare-reducing fin design and grooved channels that direct grease into a front collection point, keeping flare-ups under control and simplifying clean-down. Full pilot ignition and per-burner flame failure protection provide operator confidence, while lift-out grates, radiants, burners and grease tray baffles make routine maintenance straightforward. Available in black as standard with additional colour options to suit kitchen fit-outs.
