The CHLB8900G-CD from the Waldorf Bold range is a 900mm wide gas chargrill built on an enclosed cabinet base and configured with a low back profile, manufactured in New Zealand for the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. Three stainless steel burners, each delivering 33MJ/hr, combine for a total output of 100MJ/hr (27.8kW), generating consistent, high-intensity heat across the entire grill surface to produce authentic char marks on meats, seafood and vegetables. An inclined grate design channels grease forward through flare-reducing fins into a front collection trough, keeping the cooking surface performing cleanly through extended service periods.
