1293mm electromechanical tilting pan with 100L capacity (2 x 1/1 GN, 280mm depth, 43dm cooking surface). Suitable for multi-function cooking including frying, braising, grilling, searing and sous-vide. Pressurised version for faster results, 12" touch screen with programmable controls (800 programs, 12 steps), automatic basket arm, precise water filling, HACCP recording with USB, core probe, retractable hand shower, and temperature range 30250C (110C pressurised).

Condition of Equipment:
Used showroom unit in great condition and presents well. It has some scratches and marks on the top of the unit and on the left-hand side top panel. It had been cleaned, checked and tested.
