Built from 304 grade stainless steel with complete perimeter insulation, the cabinet is designed to maintain safe holding temperatures for covered plates, gastronorm pans, and bulk food across extended service periods. Two insulated solid half doors are fitted with adjustable humidity vents, self-closing hinges, and a magnetic snap-lock handle, ensuring efficient heat retention alongside convenient access. A mechanical thermostat controls the interior temperature across a range of 65°C to 90°C, and the unit connects to any standard 10A outlet at 2.25 kW, requiring no hard-wired installation.

Heating is delivered via elements positioned in the base of the cabinet, producing gentle radiant warmth that circulates without forced air, protecting food texture and moisture during long holding periods. A removable humidifier tray seated in the base further introduces moisture to the interior, preserving food quality throughout service.
