The Prismafood DSAT420 is a patented Touch & Go pizza dough roller made in Italy, designed to deliver consistent, high-volume pizza base production without the need for a specialist operator. Sensors detect when dough is placed at the input slot and automatically activate the rollers, making the entire shaping process fast, safe and repeatable. The machine produces round pizza bases from 26 to 40 cm in diameter using dough weights between 210 and 700 g, while a simple digital panel allows operators to set working time anywhere from 10 to 35 seconds at the press of a button.
Beyond pizza, the DSAT420 is suited to shaping dough for bread, cakes and small pies, and it operates without heat to preserve the dough's original characteristics. Thickness between the rollers is independently adjustable on both sides from 0 to 4 mm, and a central sling bar guides each piece into a consistently round result.
