Blue Seal E56A Evolution Series 900mm Electric Range Convection Oven
The Blue Seal E56A Evolution Series is a 900mm commercial electric range combining a full-width electric griddle cooktop with an integrated GN 2/1 electric convection oven, purpose-built for high-volume restaurants, cafes, hotels and hospitality kitchens. Three 3.4kW griddle elements beneath a 12mm thick mild steel griddle plate deliver rapid heat-up and excellent heat retention across the entire cooking surface, while six temperature settings including a simmer position give chefs precise control during busy service.
Beneath the cooktop, the fan-assisted GN 2/1 convection oven uses 6.5kW heating elements and a heavy-duty circulation fan to achieve fast, uniform cooking across all rack positions, reducing cooking times and allowing food to be prepared at lower temperatures. The fully welded vitreous enamelled oven liner, drop-down door with welded frame, cool-touch stainless steel handle, and heavy-duty reinforced control knobs reflect the robust, easy-clean construction that defines the Evolution Series. Adjustable feet and rear rollers simplify positioning and installation, and the modular design integrates seamlessly into complete Blue Seal cooking suites.
