The Blue Seal E56B Evolution Series is a 900mm freestanding electric range combining a versatile cooktop with an integrated GN 2/1 electric convection oven, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens. The cooktop pairs two 2.4kW open radiant elements with a 600mm griddle section powered by two 3.4kW elements, giving chefs the flexibility to boil, simmer, fry and grill simultaneously on a single efficient cooking platform. The griddle is positioned on the right-hand side as standard, with optional solid hot plate elements also available.
Beneath the cooktop, the GN 2/1 convection oven delivers fan-assisted heat circulation for faster cooking times and even results across all tray positions. Cast iron sole plates promote uniform heat distribution, while the static oven mode provides additional flexibility for lower-temperature cooking. Constructed from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel with a fully welded, vitreous enamelled oven liner, the E56B is engineered for durability, hygiene and ease of service. Its modular Evolution Series design integrates seamlessly into complete commercial cooking suites.
