The Blue Seal E90 is a 600mm electric salamander designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments, delivering powerful overhead radiant heat for grilling, finishing, glazing and browning. Powered by two 1.8kW elements for a combined 3.6kW output, it connects to a standard 15A single-phase supply and is ready to use straight away with a fitted 3-pin 15A plug cordset.

Built with a robust monocoque construction, the E90 is open on three sides for easy loading and is compatible with 1/1 GN pans. It suits both bench and wall mounting configurations, with an optional wall mounting bracket available, and features a self-balancing adjustable grill height to accommodate a wide range of dishes and cooking styles.
