The Friginox EF-B-MX2TS7-CF is a high-capacity refrigeration system engineered for combined blast chilling and blast freezing duties within custom-built cold rooms. Suited to production kitchens, bakeries, hospitals, hotels, commissary operations, and large-scale catering facilities, it handles chilling loads up to 160 kg and freezing loads up to 80 kg while delivering intelligent, HACCP-compliant food preservation throughout both applications. The supplied refrigeration assembly covers the control panel, electrical enclosure, evaporator unit, air-direction baffle, thermostatic and solenoid valve sets, condensate collection trays, and all associated pipework, with externally insulated panels provided and fitted by contractors to match each individual cold room configuration.

Operator control is managed through a 7-inch ergonomic touchscreen with generously sized keys. For the CF model, six distinct operating modes are available: Soft Chill, Hard Chill, Soft Freeze, Hard Freeze, Self-Adaptive Intelligent Chilling, and either Probe or Timer governed operation. The i-Chilling system continuously adjusts cooling output to the product being processed, safeguarding texture, moisture, flavour, and shelf life. Forty programmable cycles, a favourites shortcut giving quick access to the nine most recently used programs, and specialist functions covering ice cream hardening, airflow-based drying, raw fish sanitisation, and multi-phase customisable timers make the system exceptionally versatile across demanding commercial foodservice schedules.
