The Everlasting RPE1790 is a professional retarder prover designed for commercial bakeries and kitchens that demand precise, automated control over the fermentation process. The monoblock refrigerating unit features an internal evaporator for straightforward access, and the unit requires a licensed plumber to connect it to a 3/4 inch BSP water supply prior to operation.
