It operates across five distinct cooking modes that range from gentle low-temperature steam through to full convection, handling roasting, steaming, baking, and regeneration within a single unit, making it one of the most versatile platforms available for high-volume commercial kitchens.
The iKORE generation introduces autonomous operation with intelligent recipe management, remote control capability, and self-diagnostic apps, while the integrated iWashing system ensures maximum hygiene after every service. Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, certified to IPX5 splash and jet protection, and backed by a 2-year parts and labour warranty, the CW-201ERSWS is designed to deliver consistent, repeatable results across the most demanding kitchen environments.
