The FED-X XVRX2000/380S is a 2000mm-wide refrigerated salad bench purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens, pizzerias, sandwich stations, salad bars, and cafés. With a net capacity of nine GN 1/3 pans arranged in angled positions across an 85-litre gross volume well, it keeps chilled ingredients within easy reach throughout a busy service. The unit maintains a temperature range of +2°C to +8°C via a static cooling system and operates in ambient conditions up to 38°C at 60% relative humidity, making it well suited to demanding kitchen environments.
Constructed entirely from stainless steel inside and out, the XVRX2000/380S is straightforward to clean and fully food-safe. A Donper compressor paired with a Dixell digital controller delivers precise, consistent temperature management, while heavy-duty condenser fans support even cooling throughout the pan well. A stainless steel lid protects ingredients from contamination when the unit is not in active use, and a pan divider is included to help organise ingredients efficiently. Pans are not included. The unit is covered by a 2-year parts and labour warranty plus an additional 2-year parts-only warranty when registered within 14 days of invoice.
