The Waldorf FNLB8127E is a 450mm wide single pan electric deep fryer from the Waldorf Bold range, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Powered by three 5.66kW stainless steel heating elements delivering a combined 17kW output, it achieves a production rate of 31kg per hour with a 27-litre oil capacity, making it well suited to busy fish and chip shops, restaurants, and catering operations.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel throughout, the FNLB8127E features a bull nose welded pan, 1.5mm splashback, heavy-duty 150mm legs with adjustable feet, and a double skin door with stainless steel exterior. The unit ships with two standard baskets and a stainless steel lid, and its fully modular design supports easy cleaning, installation, and servicing. Default front panel finish is black vitreous enamel, with additional colour options available to suit your kitchen specification.
