Overview

The Mix 8 countertop machine is a bain marie style mix heater with an agitator for the gentle heating of patisserie products including gelato bases, creams, custards, pastes and chocolate work. These are designed to sit perfectly on top of a Frigomat batch freezer to create a space-saving, complete pasteurisation process as well as batch freezing.
