The TWIN series machines offer a space saving solution with a combination of a mix heater on top and a cooling chamber/batch freezer below which gives you the versatility to produce a wide range of popular products including ice creams, gelatos, sorbets, slush ice, pastry cream, mousse and custard.

Mix Heater Features and Benefits:

• Gentle bain-marie system maintains the characteristics of the product.
• Innovative transfer spigot drops heated product from upper heating chamber down into cooling chamber or can be diverted externally into a bucket, allowing for separate use of heater and freezer
• Wide diameter spigot for quick emptying of the heater even with dense products
• Steel cylinder-block vat and self-locking beater with mobile scrapers on walls and bottom.

Batch Freezer Features and Benefits:

• The electronic IES (patent) features a new consistency control system, that further improves the precision during the different working conditions
• Highly efficient freezing cylinder with direct expansion
• Steel beater with mobile scrapers
• High-speed extraction with an “extra chill†option to get the best product consistency.

Models options are:

• TWIN 4 air or water-cooled
• TWIN35, TWIN45 and TWIN60 water-cooled
