Four powerful 304 stainless steel U-burners generate intense, even radiant heat across a 1200 x 480mm cooking surface, sealing in flavour and producing authentic char marks on meats and vegetables. Built in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, the unit is available in both Natural Gas and LPG configurations.

Engineered for efficiency and ease of use, the G598-LS features reversible heavy-duty cast iron top grates with a grooved fin design that can be positioned level or inclined. The inclined configuration channels grease away from the heat source into a front collection channel, significantly reducing flare-ups. Drop-on 300mm and 450mm griddle sections can be interchanged with the grates for added cooking versatility, while lift-out radiants, burners and grease tray baffles make cleaning and servicing straightforward.
