The Blue Seal GE508B Evolution Series is a 1200mm freestanding commercial range combining a four-burner gas cooktop and an integrated 600mm gas griddle section with a 2/1 GN electric static oven below, making it a highly capable, all-in-one cooking solution for restaurants, hotels, catering operations, and high-volume hospitality kitchens. Manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, the GE508B is built to withstand the rigours of daily commercial service while delivering consistent, repeatable cooking results across every section of the unit.
