Constructed in New Zealand to exacting standards, the griddle features a solid 20mm thick machined cooking plate with seamless top weld construction for superior heat retention and even distribution across the full surface. The bench model mounts on four 63mm diameter stainless steel legs with adjustable feet, providing a stable working height adjustable between 80mm and 105mm, while two additional rollers make repositioning straightforward. Optional ribbed plate sections or mirror finish hard chrome plates allow the unit to be configured for specific cooking requirements.
