Constructed throughout in 304 stainless steel, the GP8600E-B features a welded hob surround, sealed top-weld plates and overlapping front and rear plate edges for fast, thorough cleaning. Four heavy-duty bench legs with adjustable feet and two additional rollers provide stable, flexible installation, while optional ribbed or chrome mirror plate finishes allow the griddle to be configured to suit specific menu requirements.
