The GPB8120E-B from the Waldorf Bold range is a 1200mm wide, heavy-duty electric griddle engineered for high-volume commercial kitchens. Manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, the unit draws on 16.2kW of element output delivered through a 20mm thick machined griddle plate, making it ideally suited to continuous breakfast, burger, and short-order cooking operations. Four heavy-duty bench legs with adjustable feet support the unit, providing flexible installation and straightforward service access.

The griddle accommodates a range of cooking requirements through three independently controlled heat zones spanning the left, centre, and right sections of the plate, each adjustable across a 50–300°C range. Multiple plate finish configurations are available, including the standard smooth surface, optional ribbed sections, and optional mirror-finish hard chrome plates, allowing the unit to be adapted for diverse menu styles without the need for an additional appliance.
