The Waldorf Bold GPB8120E-CD is a 1200mm electric griddle mounted on a fully modular cabinet base, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Delivering 16.2kW of power across a 20mm thick machined griddle plate, it provides consistent, controllable heat across three independent temperature zones, making it equally at home cooking breakfasts, burgers, seafood and more through a busy service.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel throughout and finished in Waldorf's signature Bold style, the GPB8120E-CD is designed for straightforward installation, daily cleaning and long-term serviceability. Optional ribbed plate sections and mirror-finish hard chrome plates allow the unit to be configured for different menu requirements, while the double-skin cabinet base offers practical storage and can be integrated into a suite of matching equipment.
