Driven by 7.2kW heating elements and a 20mm thick machined cooking plate, it maintains consistent, even heat across the entire cooking surface, handling everything from breakfast service and burgers through to seared proteins and grilled vegetables. The unit is manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel throughout, combining heavy-duty durability with a hygienic, practical design that stands up to continuous daily use.

Installation and day-to-day operation are kept straightforward. The griddle sits on four heavy-duty 63mm diameter stainless steel bench legs fitted with adjustable feet that deliver a working height range of 80mm to 105mm. A single thermostatic control zone spanning 50–300°C is managed via a large heat-resistant reinforced knob with clearly visible settings, while overlapping plate finishes at the front and rear, a removable stainless steel grease drawer, and top weld-sealed plates all support fast, thorough cleaning during and between service periods. Optional ribbed plate sections and mirror finish hard chrome plates allow the unit to be configured for different menu requirements, and the default black finish can be substituted with custom colour options.
