The 20mm thick smooth mild steel griddle plate sits atop an 80MJ/hr thermostatic burner system, delivering rapid heat recovery and even surface temperatures across the entire cooking zone, while the electric static oven beneath provides stable, accurate heat for roasting, baking, reheating, and batch cooking. Available in Natural Gas or LPG configurations, the GPE506 integrates seamlessly into complete Blue Seal Evolution Series kitchen suites.
