The Waldorf GPL8600E-B is a 600mm electric griddle from the 800 Series, designed as a bench-mount model for high-volume commercial kitchens. Powered by 7.2kW heating elements and fitted with a 20mm thick machined griddle plate across a single temperature control zone, it delivers consistent, even heat for cooking breakfasts, burgers, seafood and more throughout a busy service.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel throughout, this griddle features top weld-sealed plates with overlapping front and rear edges for effortless cleaning, a stainless steel grease drawer, and a welded hob surround with a bull nose finish. Four heavy-duty adjustable bench legs with two additional rollers make positioning and relocation straightforward, while optional ribbed or chrome mirror plate configurations allow the unit to be tailored to specific menu requirements.
