The low back bench model configuration keeps the unit compact and practical on the bench, while thoughtful design details including a stainless steel grease drawer, overlapping plate edges, top weld-sealed plates and heavy-duty reinforced control knobs all contribute to fast cleaning, straightforward servicing and long service life.
