The Waldorf Bold GPLB8900E-LS is a 900mm wide electric griddle designed for high-volume commercial kitchens that require consistent, controlled cooking performance across demanding service periods. Engineered and manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, it delivers 12kW of total heating element output across two independently controlled thermostatic zones, letting operators run the left and right sides of the cooking surface at different temperatures simultaneously. The unit ships in a low back (splashback) configuration and is supplied with a matching leg stand as standard.

The griddle plate is machined to 20mm thickness for superior heat retention and even distribution, while top weld sealed plates, overlapping edges at the front and rear, and a removable stainless steel grease drawer combine to make cleaning thorough and efficient between services. Optional ribbed plate sections and mirror-finish hard chrome plates allow the unit to be configured for a broader range of cooking techniques, and the default black colour finish is available in custom options on request. The fully modular, tool-free leg stand supports a matched suite finish across the entire Waldorf Bold line-up.
