The Blue Seal IN512R3-CB is a 450mm freestanding electric induction cooktop from the Evolution Series, built in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel and designed for the demands of busy commercial kitchens. It features two 3.5kW round induction zones set into a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface, mounted on a sturdy cabinet base with a single hinged door and a 165mm splashback for a complete, self-contained cooking station.

Powered by a 400–415V three-phase supply delivering 7.0kW total output, the unit uses forced air cooling and digital induction controls with infinitely variable power adjustment for each zone. Automatic pan detection shuts off each induction zone the moment cookware is removed, conserving energy and improving safety. Stainless steel legs with two adjustable feet at the front and two rear rollers make positioning and levelling straightforward, while the smooth ceramic glass surface keeps cleaning quick and simple.
