The Blue Seal IN514R5F-CB is a 900mm four-zone electric induction cooktop mounted on a cabinet base, forming part of the Evolution Series designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments. It delivers a total of 20kW across four independently controlled zones – two 5kW round zones (270mm diameter) on the left-hand side and two 5kW full-area square zones (260mm) on the right-hand side – giving chefs the flexibility to work with a wide variety of cookware shapes and sizes simultaneously.

Built in New Zealand from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel, the unit combines a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface with intuitive large-knob variable power controls and automatic pan detection for safe, energy-efficient operation. The integrated cabinet base with a single hinged door provides organised underbench storage, while the forced-air cooling system, 165mm splashback, and freestanding installation make it a practical, self-contained cooking station. An alternative configuration with full-area induction on the left and round zones on the right is available to order.
