The Waldorf IN8400R5F-CB is a 900mm wide commercial induction cooktop from the 800 Series, mounted on a full cabinet base for a complete, self-contained cooking station. It features four independent 5kW induction zones arranged across a 6mm thick ceramic glass surface, with two 270mm diameter round zones on the left-hand side and two 260mm square full-area zones on the right-hand side, delivering a total of 20kW of induction power.

Designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments, the unit combines heavy-duty construction with practical operational features including automatic pan detection, infinitely variable power control knobs for each zone, and a 1.2mm stainless steel splashback. Stainless steel legs with two adjustable feet at the front and two rear rollers make positioning and levelling straightforward. An alternative configuration with full-area induction on the left and round zones on the right is available to order.
