The Waldorf IN8410ECR5F is a 900mm wide 800 Series induction range and convection oven combination, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens. The cooktop features four induction zones — two 5.0kW round zones and two 5.0kW full area 2/1 GN zones — sitting atop a 2/1 GN electric convection oven with 6.1kW heating elements, dual circulation fans and a five-position racking system, delivering versatile batch cooking across multiple trays simultaneously.

Constructed to withstand the rigours of professional kitchen environments, the unit features a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface, a fully welded vitreous enamelled oven liner, vitreous enamelled control panel, drop-down door and a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior finish. Heavy-duty 63mm diameter stainless steel legs with two adjustable feet at the front and two rear rollers make repositioning straightforward, while the fully modular design simplifies installation, cleaning and servicing.
